The Business and Owner(s)/Officer(s) identified above (individually and/or collectively, “Applicant”) represent, acknowledge, and agree as follows:

1. Accuracy of Information
   All information and documents submitted to A2B Group dba Clear Line Business Finance (“Clear Line”) in connection with this application—including but not limited to bank statements, financial documents, and business details—are true, accurate, and complete.

2. Duty to Update
   Applicant agrees to promptly notify Clear Line of any changes to the information provided, including financial condition, business operations, ownership, or contact details.

3. Authorization to Share Information
   Applicant authorizes Clear Line and its third-party funding partners—which include lenders, brokers, and other commercial finance providers with whom Clear Line has, or may develop, financing relationships (“Recipients”)—to obtain, use, share, and disclose any information submitted with this application or obtained during the underwriting process, including credit reports and investigative data.

4. Reliance on Documentation
   Applicant understands and agrees that Clear Line and all Recipients may rely upon the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents provided by Applicant.

5. Credit & Investigative Reports Authorization
   Applicant authorizes Clear Line and its Recipients to request and receive any investigative reports, business or personal credit reports, statements from creditors or financial institutions, bank verifications, or any other information deemed necessary to evaluate this application or future commercial financing opportunities.

6. Communication Consent
   Applicant authorizes Clear Line and its Recipients to contact Applicant via email, telephone, and text message at any number or email address provided on this application—or any number or email reasonably identified as belonging to Applicant—including wireless numbers, even if such numbers appear on a Do-Not-Call registry. Communications may be sent using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Release of Liability
   Applicant waives, releases, and holds harmless Clear Line, all Recipients, and any information providers from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of the requesting, receiving, sharing, or release of information as authorized in this disclosure.

8. Authority to Act
   The individual submitting this application represents and warrants that he or she is authorized to act on behalf of the Business, execute this authorization, and bind the Business to these terms. A copy, scanned image, or electronic version of this authorization shall be treated as an original.

9. Definition of Clear Line Business Finance
   For purposes of this authorization, “Clear Line Business Finance” refers to A2B Group and any of its representatives involved in providing access to business-financing products, including loans, advances, working capital solutions, or revenue-based financing structured with periodic payment features.
